Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related role, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or high-growth technology sectors
• A demonstrated history of driving significant growth in a startup or fast-paced environment, with experience scaling products or services from inception to widespread adoption
• Strong proficiency in using data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, performance dashboards) to inform and optimize strategies
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, content creation, and social media management
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, tokenized real-world assets, and the crypto ecosystem
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences alike

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across institutional and retail channels
• Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including SEO, social media, and content marketing, to maximize reach and engagement
• Leverage analytics to track campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics, using insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes
• Partner with product and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with product-market fit and broader business goals
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and the crypto community, to expand RWA.xyz’s market presence
• Stay ahead of trends in blockchain, tokenized assets, and fintech to ensure RWA.xyz remains a leader in the space
