Summary

The Growth Marketing Manager at Onit is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive demand generation, maintain a deep understanding of the demand generation funnel, optimize paid spend, build trust with sales leadership, leverage marketing automation tools, collaborate with content and design resources, design A/B testing roadmaps, and prepare regular reports on marketing performance. The role requires prior experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, 3+ years in a corporate marketing setting preferably in B2B software, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in marketing platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce) as well as Microsoft 365, Slack, and more.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • 3+ years in a corporate marketing setting, preferably in B2B software
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing projects
  • Very strong analytical skills. A data-driven decision maker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in marketing platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce) as well as Microsoft 365, Slack, and more

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director, Growth in building a demand generation strategy that achieves our quarterly and annual goals for leads, opportunities, and revenue
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our demand generation funnel, especially our pipeline coverage and conversion rates
  • Continuously analyze our performance, finding creative ways to optimize our paid spend to build a more efficient engine over time
  • Build deep trust with sales leadership and revenue enablement, maintaining alignment around our funnel stage definitions, lead scoring, and lead rotation methodologies
  • Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach) to build nurture streams and sales plays
  • Collaborate with content and design resources to ensure high-impact content is developed for lead generation
  • Design and implement, with agency partners, ongoing A/B testing roadmaps to consistently drive improved performance
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, in partnership with agency resources and our marketing ops team
