Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of experience in direct sales, partner channel development, business development, or sales development
  • Have 1+ years of experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
  • Be hungry to learn; receive and implement feedback well
  • Be passionate and resilient; not be deterred by setbacks and enjoy the process of building relationships over time
  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator, especially in client-facing settings
  • Be detail-oriented and thorough, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Work autonomously and pivot quickly to changing business needs
  • Care deeply about customer-centricity and HubSpot’s mission of helping millions of organizations grow better

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a number of partners and prospective partners into the HubSpot Solutions Partner program
  • Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement, technical and go-to-market requests
  • Enable partners to graduate to Core and Strategic Partner Development Manager (PDM) coverage
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, marketing, PR, legal, support, services, etc.) to improve process and execution
  • Utilize CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics
  • Develop and drive business and technical enablement plans at scale with partners to facilitate the implementation and operations of HubSpot products
  • Partner with the sales team to grow sales pipelines and manage meetings with potential clients
  • Drive promotions, contests and incentives as appropriate
  • Gather, organize, and report back partner feedback (both technical and business) to help improve the customer and partner experience
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in the software (SaaS) industry and therefore have some understanding of SaaS go-to-market models
