You will drive growth by developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with client business goals, leveraging platforms like HubSpot. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, developing digital marketing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing campaign planning, managing client communication, and contributing to the company's thought leadership. This full-time remote position requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years in a client-facing marketing strategy role, proven HubSpot experience, and strong project management and communication skills. Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years in a client-facing, marketing strategy role (agency experience a plus)
- Proven experience managing and driving results in HubSpot
- Track record of delivering strategic growth through data-driven decisions
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to confidently lead client conversations, presentations, and meetings
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients, becoming their go-to strategic advisor
- Develop and coordinate comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated demand generation campaigns and sprints
- Oversee campaign planning across marketing, web, and sales deliverables (4–6 month sprints)
- Connect campaign activities and tactics to annual client goals and KPIs
- Manage client communication via Zoom, email, and phone to ensure alignment and momentum
- Contribute to Instrumental Group’s thought leadership by creating and promoting strategic content
