Join Findem, a fast-growth HR tech startup, as their GTM Systems Manager! Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will own all GTM systems, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership. You will lead complex projects, implement new technologies, optimize workflows, design scalable systems, and maintain analytics. Strong collaboration with sales management and other teams is crucial. This role demands 3-5 years of experience with GTM systems like Salesforce, and requires Salesforce certifications. The position is full-time with full benefits and based in the PST time zone.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience delivering technical architectures and implementation services for GTM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, LeanData
  • Good understanding of the end to end Sales process including demand generation, sales, and post-sales funnel tools, processes, and best practices (leads, opportunities, accounts, etc.)
  • Proficient in key revenue tech stack tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Apollo
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment & keep pace with the business offering, technical innovation and market driven initiatives
  • Strong requirements, design, documentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and ability to facilitate discussions and decision making
  • Strong knowledge of standards and specifications
  • Must have certifications- Salesforce App Builder OR Salesfore Admin OR Salesforce Admin Advanced
  • Note- This role requires you to work in PST time-zone

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-stream projects, driving process improvements and transformation initiatives
  • Evaluate and implement new GTM Ops technologies to improve operational efficiency and seller productivity
  • Collaborate with sales management to optimize research, prospecting, and customer lifecycle workflows
  • Design scalable systems architecture while addressing current business needs; ensure data accuracy and consistency across GTM tools
  • Maintain and enhance analytics/reporting frameworks to track productivity, tool utilization, and adoption
  • Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and promote necessary features in GTM systems
  • Configure and manage GTM systems (Salesforce and ecosystem) through hands-on involvement in the implementation lifecycle
  • Work closely with the Implementation project Manager, Solution Implementation analysts, data and other implementation team members to ensure the implementation is completed per the agreed upon design

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Saas experience highly preferred
