Summary

You'll drive messaging, channel mix, and targeting performance, balance logo and direct end-user acquisition, ignite and scale Product-Led Sales (PLS) Motion, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional Growth organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Growth and/or Marketing at a technology company
  • At least 3 years leading B2B Growth
  • 5 years managing others
  • Experience owning product-led sales pipeline targets

Responsibilities

  • Drive messaging, channel mix, and targeting performance
  • Balance logo and direct end-user acquisition
  • Ignite and scale Product-Led Sales (PLS) Motion in partnership with our Head of Sales to 5x our B2C2B conversion over the next 12 months
  • Nurture accounts and leads to maturity for Sales-led expansion
  • Identify relevant leads through behavioral and demographic signals
  • Inspire our team of world-class growth marketers, product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts to do the best work of their careers
  • Execute through a high-paced and rigorous experimentation pipeline
  • Hire, coach, and retain a diverse, distributed, and talented team
  • Lead cross-functionally with effective coaching and prioritization, clear communication, and modeling Superhuman values
