Requirements

  • Over 8 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving brand awareness and lead generation, ideally in finance, fintech or blockchain finance
  • Experience with B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate demand from blockchain ecosystems and financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, B2B distribution channels, and analytics
  • Noteworthy educational backgrounds (excluding executive certs from a year ago)

Responsibilities

  • Work with the executive team to define and implement the marketing strategy
  • Plan and manage B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate demand from blockchain ecosystems and financial institutions
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with industry stakeholders, media, and partners
  • Create and share a brand story that connects with target audiences
  • Lead content marketing efforts, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, videos, tutorials, technical documentation, social media, and press releases
  • Write high-quality content every week
  • Plan and launch new products, ensuring coordination across teams
  • Align messaging and positioning with product and sales teams
  • Manage digital marketing strategies like SEO, SEM, website updates, newsletters, and email campaigns
  • Set up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and run keyword ad campaigns
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels to improve conversions
  • Use technology, including AI, to create internal tools and automations
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights with the executive team
  • Transfer data from Salesforce to a new CRM and improve lead data quality
  • Refine marketing processes, methods, playbooks, and sales pitches
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies
  • Strategize which events to attend, sponsor, or speak at, and organize side-events
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-efficient strategies
  • Stay informed on blockchain, fintech, and marketing best practices

Benefits

  • Salary: $140,000-200,000 per year (full-time work contract + commissions)
