Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in senior marketing roles within the DTC or B2B2C sectors. Experience in e-commerce, brand management, and digital marketing is essential
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and CRM systems. Proficiency in data analytics and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing marketing professionals
  • Strong capability in creating strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives. Ability to identify trends, forecast demand, and adapt strategies swiftly
  • A knack for leveraging technology in marketing. Experience with integrating AI into marketing strategies is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able to craft clear, compelling messages and effectively present strategies and results to stakeholders
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable with rapid change and uncertainty. Able to lead through transitions and influence change within the organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with both our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) models
  • Lead omnichannel marketing efforts to seamlessly integrate digital and physical touchpoints, enhancing customer engagement and brand consistency
  • Drive the digital transformation of our marketing efforts, leveraging the latest in AI and data analytics to forecast trends and measure success
  • Build and mentor a robust marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated throughout the organization, enhancing our market presence and driving revenue growth
  • Champion our brand, ensuring it resonates with our diverse customer base and stands out in a competitive landscape
