Summary

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently finished studies in a Human Resources related field
• First touchpoints with HR topics
• Service-driven, solution-oriented, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Passionate about embracing operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements
• Team player, eager to learn every day and act proactively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and German, verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Support our HR Managers with all incoming requests from employees and leads
• Assist with the creation of various HR documents like work contracts, contract amendments, and relocation documents
• Make sure the data in our HRIS is always up to date
• Work with our HR Managers on projects
• Help improve our employee experience
