Requirements

Current full-time student in Human Resources or a related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR team on various tasks and projects related to both Soft HR and Hard HR
• Participate in daily HR tasks
• Help organize team-building activities & events
• Assist in the production and reporting of internal employee surveys
• Assist in all HR steps from recruitment to performance management
• Participate in the recruitment process: follow-up on job applications, preparation of integration documents, etc
• Assist with personnel administration tasks (payroll management, contracts, etc.)
• Participate in the optimization of the salary package (incentives, sport at work, collective bonus, conversion of the 13th month, …)

Preferred Qualifications

Fluent in French & English + other languages is a plus
