Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Update our internal databases with new employee information
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
