Summary

The Human Resources Intern will assist the Corporate Office of Walden Security with various HR projects. The ideal candidate is a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field with intermediate experience with MS Office and internet programs.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Intermediate experience with MS Office and internet programs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skillset, organizational skills, and attention to detail/data
• Ability to make decisions
• Ability to respect the confidentiality of sensitive employee data

Responsibilities

Assist the Corporate Office with a wide range of projects related to employee benefits, HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding, record maintenance, auditing, and more
