Requirements

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the electronic timekeeping system, including data entry and shift scheduling
• Provide support in processing benefits requests and employee registrations
• Collaborate with the HR team to address employee inquiries related to timekeeping, benefits, and general HR matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR-related tasks
• Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
