Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and self-starter
- English knowledge
- Students from the lastβs semesters from administration or similar
Responsibilities
- Manage and control the absenteeism Metrics
- Follow up the absenteeism reasons with the employees and supervisors and apply the suspensions as need in accordance with the internal rules and Mexican Labor Law
- Support on engagement activities
- Manage the internal communication channels (Screens on cafeteria and HR Board)
- Support hiring process of unionized people
- Keep the control of the Kardex of the unionized workers
- Responsible of ensuring a minimum of 95% of participation from the unionized employees in the Engagement Survey and coordinate the internal actions to improve the result gotten
