Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Results-oriented
  • Sense of Responsibility and committeemen with the activities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy and self-starter
  • English knowledge
  • Students from the last’s semesters from administration or similar

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control the absenteeism Metrics
  • Follow up the absenteeism reasons with the employees and supervisors and apply the suspensions as need in accordance with the internal rules and Mexican Labor Law
  • Support on engagement activities
  • Manage the internal communication channels (Screens on cafeteria and HR Board)
  • Support hiring process of unionized people
  • Keep the control of the Kardex of the unionized workers
  • Responsible of ensuring a minimum of 95% of participation from the unionized employees in the Engagement Survey and coordinate the internal actions to improve the result gotten
