Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming leads from various channels, including website forms, chat, industry events and webinars
  • Qualify leads to identify the best fit for our solutions and seamlessly connect them with the right internal team
  • Manage our chatbot, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for every visitor
  • Be the voice of Swoogo, answering questions, providing resources, and capturing valuable leads
  • Nurture pre-webinar relationships and follow up with post-webinar attendees. Turn passive viewers into engaged customers through targeted messaging and personalized outreach
  • Represent Swoogo at industry and partner events, building lasting relationships with our future customers
  • Tracking your progress, analyzing results, and using data to continually refine your approach
  • Partner with Marketing and Partnership teams to execute on joint campaigns
  • Become an expert in the discovery process, helping to solve challenges of our prospects
  • Manage a clean and accurate pipeline at all times
  • Consistently exceed your monthly & quarterly targets
  • Lead a consultative sale by becoming an expert in both the event industry and the Swoogo product
  • Proactively share stories, wins, and losses with the sales team to better understand what works and what doesn’t

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS
  • Experience using CRMs (ie Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Understanding of the events industry
  • Formal training on solution based selling methods
