Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in campaign strategy and management in a B2B marketing environment, ideally in SaaS, tech, or healthcare
  • A proven track record of developing and executing creative, high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and create a wow factor
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking, with a strong focus on performance optimization and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables across teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and elevate Sword Health’s brand visibility
  • Own the campaign calendar and manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate closely with the content, design, and performance teams to create and optimize integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences and stakeholders
  • Own campaign performance tracking, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement across channels
  • Push creative boundaries to position Sword Health as a leader in digital healthcare
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns that drive measurable results in lead generation, brand awareness, and market positioning
  • Manage the campaign calendar across all touchpoints and channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing priorities and business objectives
  • Drive materially disruptive strategies that challenge industry norms and position Sword Health as a category leader
  • Partner with content, design, and performance teams to develop cohesive assets, messaging, and strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion rates

  • Experience in the technology & startup / scale-up space (industry agnostic)
