Summary

Join JumpCloud's global Paid Media & Campaigns team as a Campaign Specialist! This remote role based in India focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related role
  • General knowledge of marketing funnels, demand generation, and digital marketing channels such as paid search, display, social media, and email marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
  • Authorization to work in India

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, and other digital channels to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand Generation, Content, SEO, Product Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and messaging
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize for conversions and lead quality
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for campaign execution
  • Maintain strong organizational systems to track campaign assets, timelines, and performance metrics
  • Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions to continuously innovate our marketing approach
  • Manage a webinar program by planning, executing, and optimizing webinars to support lead generation and qualification
  • Support partner marketing and channel campaigns in collaboration with the Channel team to drive partner engagement and co-marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Jira Project Management, WordPress, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with Jira Project Management
  • Experience marketing to an IT audience
  • Experience with partner marketing or working closely with Channel teams to support co-marketing and channel campaigns
