Summary

Join Cabify as a Lifecycle & Growth Manager and lead the strategy for acquiring, activating, retaining, and reactivating riders and drivers, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. You will optimize conversion at each stage of the funnel, maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), manage campaign execution, and continuously improve user experience. Collaborate with the Marketplace Manager to align strategies, coordinate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, and lead experimentation and process optimization. This role requires significant experience in growth and lifecycle marketing, data analytics, and stakeholder management. Requirements

  • 4+ years in Growth, Lifecycle Marketing or Trade Marketing, in startups, e-commerce, mass consumption or digital platforms
  • Experience in acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation strategies, with a focus on sustainable growth
  • Mastery of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau)
  • Experience optimizing the user journey to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), referral programs, and acquisition strategies
  • Mastery of unit economics and LTV/CAC ratio, ensuring profitability in growth strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical ability to make decisions based on metrics and experimentation (A/B testing)
  • Ability to align key stakeholders (Product, BI, Operations, Marketing) without direct authority
  • Leadership and team management, promoting alignment with strategic objectives and team motivation
  • Adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments, adjusting strategies according to changes in the business

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategies for acquiring, activating, retaining, and reactivating Riders and Drivers, optimizing each stage of the funnel
  • Maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) by implementing engagement and loyalty strategies based on data analysis
  • Manage the execution of campaigns and the efficient distribution of the marketing budget, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in their journey within the platform
  • Collaborate with the Marketplace Manager to align strategies that balance supply and demand sustainably
  • Coordinate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to drive growth initiatives and conversion optimization
  • Lead experimentation and process optimization through A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to improve the efficiency of Lifecycle strategies
