Summary

Join Earnest as their Lifecycle Marketing Manager and report to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing. You will provide senior leadership with campaign performance reports and data-driven recommendations. Own all aspects of campaign strategy, from development and creative briefing to execution and analysis. Play a strategic role in developing and executing lifecycle campaigns to drive conversion and acquisition of Earnest products and services. Build out important initiatives across consumer finance products, ensuring flawless execution and driving revenue and engagement. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Salt Lake City, with a flexible remote work option requiring 3 days a month in the office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a business-to-consumer email marketing or lifecycle marketing role in a corporate or agency environment
  • 3+ years of experience developing lifecycle/CRM engagement programs
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting using database information and real-time event data
  • Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of business intelligence systems such as Looker or Tableau
  • Knowledge of regulatory and privacy requirements (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CPPA)

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior leadership and stakeholders with campaign performance reports, including data-driven recommendations for future campaign optimization and strategic plans for growing the impact of lifecycle marketing
  • Own all aspects of campaign strategy development, creative briefing, audience segmentation, journey pathing, campaign execution, creative A/B testing, analytics measurement, and campaign performance readouts
  • As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a strategic role in owning the development and execution of lifecycle campaigns that drive conversion and acquisition of Earnest products and services
  • You will be responsible for building out some of Earnest’s most important initiatives across our consumer finance products
  • This role focuses on ensuring flawless campaign execution, delivering revenue and engagement and being a driver of innovation and growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Braze preferred
  • Bonus points for having experience with ExactTarget, SendGrid, Twilio, HTML/HAML, or Github
