Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B environment
- Proven expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce required), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in marketing performance
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an overall marketing operations strategy and the processes to support the marketing and GTM goals of the organization
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration of tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Manage our website and use WordPress and SEO expertise to ensure a high-performing site with an exceptional UX/UI
- Implement and maintain systems to optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and data management
- Partner with IT and third-party vendors to ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Develop and refine marketing workflows that enhance efficiency, scalability, and team alignment
- Establish clear documentation and training programs to ensure team members can effectively use marketing tools
- Act as the bridge between Sales and Marketing to optimize lead handoff and pipeline management
- Develop robust dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and campaign performance
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and improvement within marketing campaigns and strategies
- Provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and improve marketing ROI
- Regularly audit and clean marketing and lead data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, client success, and BI, to ensure alignment of marketing operations initiatives with business objectives
- Lead event marketing planning, budgeting, logistics, and execution; and report on success metrics that inform future event support
- Partner with the broader marketing and data teams to support the execution of data-driven campaigns, including case studies, webinars, etc
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
- Introduce innovative strategies to improve audience engagement and pipeline growth
- Strengthen and improve the effectiveness of the overall lead flow process to eliminate waste/leakage, accelerate accuracy and speed to assessment
- Closely manage the marketing operations budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across tools and initiatives, and always to budget
- Define and monitor metrics for success, building detailed performance reports to inform leadership
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing processes with broader business goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in management of data and warehousing / organizing for efficiency (in Google Drive or similar)
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools and omnichannel strategies
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance best practices
- Past experience with event sponsorships, contracting, and activations
- Design acumen (Adobe)
- A proactive learner who stays ahead of industry trends and continuously seeks to improve processes
