Requirements
- You have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and deep knowledge and understanding of Avara’s projects and brands, and you stay up to date with the company’s most recent announcements
- You bring professional experience running cross-functional operations, including managing budgets, stakeholders, and complex logistics
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with multiple teams and external partners
- You have knowledge and experience in Web3, with a hunger to learn and grow in the space
- You show excellent attention to detail and communication skills, delivering work that meets Avara’s high standards
- You have strong research skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to propose solutions and improvements
- You excel at time management and can balance multiple deadlines across projects
- You have proven skills and experience in negotiation and project management, driving results with partners and vendors
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute internal and external activations, including but not limited to IRL events, conferences, webinars, and partner collaborations that drive community engagement and strengthen Avara’s brand presence
- Manage speaking engagements for key stakeholders by securing opportunities, coordinating submissions, and handling all related logistics and deadlines
- Oversee Avara’s merch operations, from research and design to vendor coordination, production, and distribution to ensure high-quality branded materials
- Contribute to sponsorship strategy and execution for flagship industry events, working to maximize visibility and ROI
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and payments to ensure smooth financial operations within the Marketing & Growth budget
- Work closely with finance teams to track marketing spend, reconcile invoices, and report on ROI for activations and partnerships
- Develop clear post-event reports, capturing key learnings, performance metrics, and opportunities for future improvements
