Summary

Join Olo's Professional Services team as a Marketing Manager and partner with restaurant brands using the Olo Engage platform. You will lead strategy and execution of CRM and loyalty programs, driving increased guest lifetime value. Leverage your MarTech expertise (Marketing Automation, CDPs, Engagement tools, Loyalty/Offer Management systems) and data-driven approach to create impactful marketing strategies. This role requires 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on experience with MarTech SaaS products. You will report to the Associate Director and collaborate with various business partners. Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo's NYC headquarters. Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with MarTech SaaS products
  • Experience in a fast-paced, adaptive, and high-impact marketing role
  • Enthusiasm for SaaS, championing the value of advanced technology for marketers, and sharing this passion with the restaurant community
  • Experience leading projects and developing creative solutions to solve complex problems and deliver results
  • Data-driven mindset; you actively seek data to inform decisions and can confidently speak to it
  • You are polished, detail-oriented, and a strategic customer resource at all times
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels cross-functionally and with senior management
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Develop and pitch CRM and loyalty marketing strategies using your expertise in the Olo Engage product suite and industry experience
  • Advise brands on impactful marketing tactics by developing, testing, measuring, and optimizing
  • Enhance the digital guest experience for partners by creating sophisticated journeys that leverage incentives and communication channels including email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Identify high-value audience segments for targeted marketing efforts
  • Create and share reports that help brand partners understand the value of Olo Engage and their marketing tactics
  • Project manage customer collaborations and marketing activities for multiple brands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Olo Engage, Iterable, Braze, Sendgrid, or Twilio Segment
  • Experience in the restaurant industry
