Responsibilities
- Manage webinar operations: Coordinate, set up, and execute webinars from start to finish, ensuring smooth integration across platforms like Zoom, HubSpot, and LinkedIn
- Execute Marketing Automation: Build and manage workflows in HubSpot and Zapier to automate email sequences, event reminders, and follow-ups
- Optimize Event Processes: Ensure webinars are set up with the highest level of quality and accuracy, leveraging tools like Zoom, meetup, and LinkedIn for scheduling, promotion, and post-event analysis
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure all participant data is accurately captured, synced across tools, and used effectively for follow-up campaigns and reporting
- Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in executing broader marketing campaigns tied to webinars, including lead capture, email outreach, and LinkedIn promotions
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience managing webinars or live events in a marketing role
- Have worked in a tech startup or fast-paced environment
- Possess basic knowledge of analytics or reporting to evaluate webinar success
