Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years in marketing operations or demand generation, with experience in ABM and email marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics platforms
  • Strong ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations
  • A track record of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective communicator, capable of translating technical insights into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing database to support targeted and data-driven ABM and email marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze the performance of ABM, email, and digital campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Collaborate with Client Engagement to define high-value account segments, manage ABM campaigns, and evaluate their influence on pipeline and revenue
  • Manage email marketing operations, implementing segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize engagement
  • Oversee the analysis of digital and social media efforts, measuring performance across key metrics to drive data-informed decisions
  • Optimize our marketing tech stack, ensuring data accuracy, seamless workflow, and alignment across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Partner with Client Operations, IT, and other marketing specialists to support campaign alignment, share insights, and drive impactful results
