Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in marketing operations or demand generation, with experience in ABM and email marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics platforms
- Strong ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations
- A track record of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and effective communicator, capable of translating technical insights into actionable strategies
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing database to support targeted and data-driven ABM and email marketing initiatives
- Track and analyze the performance of ABM, email, and digital campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with Client Engagement to define high-value account segments, manage ABM campaigns, and evaluate their influence on pipeline and revenue
- Manage email marketing operations, implementing segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize engagement
- Oversee the analysis of digital and social media efforts, measuring performance across key metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Optimize our marketing tech stack, ensuring data accuracy, seamless workflow, and alignment across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Partner with Client Operations, IT, and other marketing specialists to support campaign alignment, share insights, and drive impactful results
