Marketing Operations Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Extensive experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role
• Proven experience developing and implementing cross-functional processes in marketing or go-to-market teams
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects at once
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Asana, Trello, Wrike, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Create and refine workflows for creative projects, campaign planning, and team collaborations to boost efficiency and teamwork
• Assess current processes, spot areas for improvement, and introduce best practices to eliminate roadblocks and enhance productivity
• Manage large-scale process improvements, setting clear milestones, keeping projects on track, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Keep project management tools, templates, and documentation up to date to support smooth operations and team alignment
• Train and guide team members on new processes to ensure easy adoption and consistent use
• Track and analyze key metrics to assess process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement methodologies
