Summary

Requirements

• This role must work in EST
• 2+ years experience in client services or project management, preferably in a digital marketing setting
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and processes
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management and CRM tools - Notion and GHL experience a huge plus!
• Excellent communication and people skills. You love to chat and make people feel welcome
• Detail oriented and meticulous. You are the most organized person you know!

Responsibilities

• Manage the client onboarding process from initial contract to campaign kickoff
• Create and maintain detailed onboarding plans for each new client
• Conduct initial client meetings to gather requirements and set expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, webdev, client services) to ensure smooth handoffs
• Set up client accounts in relevant tools and platforms
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and resources
• Ensure all necessary information is collected and organized for project teams
