Operations Intern in Canada

Summary

The job is for an Operations Intern at GoMaterials, a fast-growing startup in Montreal. The intern will process quotes and orders, set up vendor catalogues, assist with transportation, and help with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should have a degree in supply chain or related field, be fluent in English (French is a plus), know Microsoft Office Suite, be flexible, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work without direct supervision.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain, operations management, or related field (in progress)
• English written and spoken
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Assist the head of operations with day-to-day tasks
• Process quotes and orders
• Set up vendor catalogues in our inventory management system
• Assist in developing a 3rd party transportation fleet
