Summary

The role is to work with RippleMatch's partner companies. The candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field. They need a basic understanding of business operations and process improvement principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software and systems are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time management, communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. The candidate should be eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Basic understanding of business operations, process improvement, supply chain management principles, etc
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
