Requirements

• Education. Recent graduate from a top business school or university

• Language Proficiency. Fluent in French with high proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Inventory Sourcing and Delivery Management. Oversee the sourcing of inventory and manage its efficient delivery to sellers on the platform
• Customer Support Oversight. Lead the customer support team to ensure high standards of service, resolving customer inquiries and issues swiftly and effectively
• Special Project Leadership. Take ownership of key projects, ensuring they are aligned with company priorities and executed with precision
