Responsibilities

• Plan and collect data, analyze trends, and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain clear, accessible company documentation for new hires
• Optimize internal processes and address operational bottlenecks
• Act as a strategic partner to drive growth and profitability
• Handle financial transactions, coordinate deliveries, and oversee installation
• Communicate effectively with partners and customers
• Address customer issues with spa products, manage payments, and ensure service quality
• Maintain proficiency in all product offerings
• Plan and execute new initiatives, including retail expansions and brand launches
• Identify, attract, and engage with technicians, ensuring their satisfaction and reliability
• Conduct research to establish a strong logistics framework and identify top service technicians

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Klaviyo
• Engineering background (any type) - big plus
• Familiarity with additional automation tools and platforms
• Experience with remote teams
