Summary

Join Reverence, a technology company revolutionizing healthcare staffing, as an outbound calling agent. This fully remote, 20-hour-per-week position (9 am-5 pm ET, Mon-Fri) involves cold-calling home care agencies across the US to identify decision-makers and schedule sales meetings. You will receive a commission bonus for each meeting scheduled and conducted. The ideal candidate is energetic, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates persistence. Prior experience in a related field is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Cold-call 10-15 agencies every hour
  • Document and organize your outbound calls in order to ensure proper follow-up and detailed next-steps
  • Set up sales meetings for your direct supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry
