Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, focused on performance for ecommerce
• Experience managing high public advertising budgets (minimum $100,000 monthly)
• Strong analytical capacity and experience optimizing campaigns based on key KPIs
• Dominion of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Proven experience in optimizing campaigns for ROAS
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
• Experience in Ecommerce

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize public advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring high levels of performance
• Manage budgets up to $500,000 monthly, maximizing ROI
• Perform A/B testing and continuous analysis of ads to optimize conversions
• Analyze and adjust campaigns based on key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to align campaigns with commercial objectives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance with clear recommendations for improvement
