Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on partner/channel marketing
- Proven track record of developing successful partner marketing programs and driving channel revenue growth
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and channel sales dynamics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with partner marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through our channel ecosystem
- Create co-marketing campaigns, content, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell Time Doctor solutions
- Manage partner communications, including newsletters, product updates, and oversee brand consistency across partner marketing activities, including maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines and asset management
- Collaborate with the channel sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and partner needs
- Track and analyze partner marketing metrics, providing regular reports on program performance and ROI
- Organize and manage partner events, webinars, and training sessions
- Maintain partner marketing portals and resources, ensuring materials are current and accessible
