People Coordinator

Summary

Join WelbeHealth PACE's People Coordinator Rotational Program, a three-year opportunity to gain comprehensive HR experience. The program includes rotations in various HR functions like People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and HR Technology. You'll receive dedicated support, mentorship, and ongoing learning. The program culminates in a role within one of our HR specialist groups. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), strong learning agility, and 1-2 years of customer service experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; professional experience may be substituted
• Above all, propensity for learning agility – you are an energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative and has a genuine curiosity and propensity to learn
• A sincere interest in pursuing or deepening a career in a people function related role
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience working with customers; experience working in people or administrative functions preferred
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and to articulate clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing
• Highly motivated and action oriented with the demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Enable WelbeHealth team members by leaning into the fascinating and diverse People function
• Participate in rotations including People Analytics, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology/HRIS, Learning, Compensation, Benefits/Leave Management, and People Consulting
• Build a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events, development workshops, and catered insight to support your career acceleration
