People Operations Intern

Summary

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution or technical bootcamp
• New graduates - Within 6 months of your graduation date
• Available to work full-time hours
• Residing in Canada

Responsibilities

• Create and implement employee programs focused on enhancing the employee experience, such as onboarding and people leader training
• Lead engaging live training sessions for employees and managers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed
• Create comprehensive learning resources, guides, and toolkits to support various employee programs
• Gather feedback from employees to understand their needs and improve HR programs, making sure they align with company goals and values
• Manage the logistics and communication for launching new HR initiatives and updates across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Is comfortable working independently, finding solutions, and suggesting or implementing process improvements
• Has a history of building strong partnerships across teams
• Notices the little things and can solve problems on your own, following tasks through from start to finish
• Takes initiative, ensuring high-quality work and actively looking for ways to improve
