Summary
Join Ladder's Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Manager and oversee affiliate and digital marketing efforts. This remote role, based in one of 23 states, requires leveraging data to drive decision-making and crafting impactful insights. You will manage affiliate partnerships, run ad campaigns, and use analytics to shape marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and data-driven, with experience in performance marketing and Google Ads/Meta campaigns. Requirements
- Be highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights and strategies
- Have strong proficiency in tools such as Tableau and Bigquery
- Be proficient in managing affiliate partnerships and have proven experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with an understanding of digital ad optimization
- Have a BA/BS degree with 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or demand gen
- Have experience creating marketing reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Be a strong communicator with experience presenting data and insights through reports and decks
- Be a self-starter with a track record of success in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Have experience in managing marketing content, including compliance approvals
- Be comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance metrics across affiliate and digital channels, delivering actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and drive ROI
- Conduct deep analysis of affiliate and digital channel performance, providing recommendations to optimize traffic, conversion rates, and scalability
- Develop and present data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track KPIs, monitor campaign success, and enable strategic decision-making
- Optimize and assist in account management of affiliate relationships and identify opportunities to improve results
- Assist the team in executing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta, ensuring efficient, scalable performance
- Collaborate across internal teams (revenue, product, design, engineering, legal, and compliance) to align on strategies and projects
- Support the creation and compliance approval process for marketing content across affiliates and digital channels
