Summary

Join ASG, a group of market-leading SaaS companies, as a Product Marketer. Initially based within the ASG holding company, you will develop a repeatable Product Marketing playbook applicable across multiple businesses. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders, defining target segments, creating compelling messaging, and establishing the product marketing function. The ultimate goal is placement as a Product Marketing Lead at one of ASG's operating companies. Your work will impact 20+ vertical SaaS businesses, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This is a remote, US-based position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in product marketing role in B2B SaaS
  • Experience as a first product marketer (ideally across 2+ industries)
  • Proven success in product marketing for SaaS, particularly in hybrid or sales-led models
  • Experience driving growth at vertical SaaS companies, from $5M to $30M ARR
  • Be industry agnostic and adaptable because you will be entering a new vertical market
  • A consultative mindset paired with hands-on operational experience
  • Adept at leading cross-functional plan execution
  • Be a storyteller with strong presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Define target segments and buyer personas
  • Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks
  • Ensure that we have the right tools in place to quantify and measure impact
  • Establish and embed the product marketing function as a cross-functional driver by educating teams on its value and creating scalable frameworks for positioning, messaging, enablement, and launches
  • Develop sales and customer success enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, and demo scripts
  • Elevate product launch processes, creating go-to-market strategies and impactful launch materials
