Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • Proven success with 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in the software or SaaS industry, serving both B2B and B2C markets
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting effective product positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting sales enablement initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce and automation platforms such as HubSpot and MailChimp (preferred)
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to articulate complex concepts compellingly
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for driving results through strategic marketing approaches
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating across diverse teams to achieve shared goals

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new feature launches and enhancements
  • Craft and execute compelling product positioning and messaging strategies to effectively communicate SkySlope's value propositions to target audiences
  • Work closely with creative, and demand-gen teams to increase monetization goals, market presence, and drive pipeline through key outbound assets
  • Lead data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, elevating brand visibility and fostering customer engagement
  • Utilize data-driven analytics to monitor and evaluate KPI metrics, refining marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness
  • Create compelling marketing content that resonates with our target audiences
  • Dive deep into market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging digital marketing trends and customer needs, shaping our strategic product roadmap
  • Empower the sales team with tools and resources to effectively communicate the value of Skyslope's software, driving client engagement and conversions
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs through feedback gathering and surveys, guiding product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the real estate or related industry is preferred but not required
