Join our dynamic team as a Customer Program Manager – Semiconductors in Santa Clara, CA, USA (Hybrid Remote) and oversee semiconductor switching projects and programs from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering with 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering with 5-10 years of experience
• Minimum of 7 years in customer project/program management within the semiconductor industry
• At least 5 years managing multidisciplinary teams, including software and hardware professionals
• Extensive knowledge (5+ years) in networking and network switch products
• Proven success in customer engagement and relationship management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated and independent, with strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage semiconductor switching projects and programs, ensuring they meet customer specifications and are completed on schedule
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and promptly address any concerns or issues
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering seamless execution of new engagements
• Implement and drive initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve internal and external conflicts, and make strategic delivery trade-offs to maintain project integrity
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations and reports that communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to customers, stakeholders, and senior management
