Summary

Journey Clinical is seeking a Provider Relations Consultant to facilitate outreach to primary care physicians and help them join the company's network as collaborative care partners for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. The role involves developing target lists, outreach via phone, email, and fax, coordinating with patients' primary care providers, maintaining a directory of referring medical providers, and collaborating with various teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, partnerships or similar role
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably with an understanding of clinicians and patients

Responsibilities

  • Develop target lists of primary care physicians or other ‘referring medical providers’ in key target geographies
  • Phone, email and fax outreach to referring medical providers sharing information about collaborating with Journey Clinical
  • Coordinate with Journey Clinical patients' primary care providers regarding in-person consultation/referrals from the primary care provider
  • Maintain listing of the Journey Clinical referring medical provider directory
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, growth and product team members in support of outreach

Preferred Qualifications

  • A self-starter with a ‘lean’ mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem solver by nature, you love the challenge of solving complex and sensitive patient problems in mental health with an outstanding ability to execute
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, iterate, pivot, and move fast with flexibility and adaptability; embrace the rapid pace of change as an opportunity for innovation
  • Preferred experience in healthtech with an understanding of the regulatory landscape
  • Bonus points if you have a clinical background (e.g. RN, NP, MD etc…)
