Summary
Join Dental Intelligence, a leading SaaS analytics and workflow platform for dental practices, as a Recruiting & HR Coordinator. You will support the HR team, execute HR tasks, and play a key role in sourcing, screening, and progressing candidates through the talent acquisition process. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the HR team and hiring managers, developing your HR skills in talent acquisition and general HR expertise. You will own the talent acquisition process from start to finish, partner with hiring managers to develop interview plans, ensure recruitment compliance, and act as a cultural champion for Dental Intelligence. The ideal candidate will be eager to expand their general HR knowledge and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Some previous recruiting experience is required, preferably within the tech/ SaaS space
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising excellence
- Adept at triaging and sorting through competing demands
- Sense of urgency and ownership, flexibility, and agility
- A driver who finds solutions, keeps pace, and models client service excellence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Rippling, Zenefits/ Trinet/ Jazz HR, preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented with an unwavering focus on quality results & deliverables
Responsibilities
- The Recruiting & HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR Team & helping to execute HR tasks, as well as sourcing, screening, and progressing both passive & inbound candidates through our talent acquisition process
- This individual will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Team & DI employees on all sorts of HR initiatives, and will also partner with hiring managers, and interview teams to shepherd them through the hiring process from start to finish
- Work to fine tune & standardize our recruitment process, leveraging technology/ AI to optimize workload and other time-consuming recruitment tasks
- Help to maintain a balance between our sense of urgency to fill roles, while being patient enough to find the right candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to develop scorecards, create role clarity & optimized interview plans
- Help Managers to align to our best practice approach for candidate attraction & interview effectiveness
- This will include but is not limited to: utilizing aptitude & behavioral trait assessments, video prescreening, candidate presentations & panel interviews, as well as interview team training & organization
- Ownership of our Dental Intelligence careers site, external job posting compliance, and Glassdoor & Linked In employer profiles
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the legal limitations within recruitment process & continued effort to stay current on upcoming legislation that will impact recruitment
- Accountable for candidate first impressions of Dental Intelligence
- Clearly embodies our culture when speaking with candidates about becoming part of our team & carries same culture throughout employment journey
- We expect this role will be 50-60% recruitment focused
- Eventually though, there will be a number of cross functional projects & opportunities to expand the scope of the role
- The ideal candidate will be eager/ open to expanding their general HR knowledge, jumping in to support HR team members when bandwidth is thin, and volunteering to own HR projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- You have a proactive approach to candidate sourcing, and are always looking for new, better, & more efficient ways to identify and recruit top-level talent across multiple functional areas and geographies
- You stay up to date on leading HR trends and recruiting best practices
- You have the ability to quickly acquire a strong understanding of relevant businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
- You work collaboratively with others in a result-driven, high-integrity, fast-paced environment
- Youβre quick to understand how the larger DI ecosystem, are open to participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned
