  • At least 3 years of International Recruitment Experience
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English
  • Experience Headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews - you will be interviewing Australian and Other International candidates
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases (Workable)
  • Multitasker, but knows how to manage priorities

  • Sourcing candidates using Seek Talent and LinkedIn Recruiter platforms, email, and text
  • Headhunting candidates by phoning them and engaging them
  • Conducting paper screening
  • Conducting high volume of Initial Interviews and Hiring Manager Endorsement via Zoom
  • Reference Checking - Making phone contact with references provided by the candidate and having them answer a set of questions
  • Client Endorsement, Setting up Client & Candidate F2F Meeting
  • Job Offer Facilitation
  • Weekly Report - Format weekly reports and ensure that they go to the client at the same day and time every week
  • Upkeep of Workable - Our ATS
  • Client Experience - Sending Welcome Hampers, Getting candidate feedback
