Requirements

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
• Proficiency in drafting recruitment documents such as job descriptions and offer letters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer extension
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
