Summary
The job is for a Regional Sales Director at OneTrust, a fast-growing SaaS company. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for setting the bar for accurate data-driven forecasting, deal control, and deal risk management, building long-term relationships with executive buyers, and scaling the SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or comparable experience
- 12+ years selling experience with at least 5 years successfully leading and managing teams
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Train, motivate, and coach the team to successfully deliver or exceed quota for your territory
- Qualify sales opportunities, setting proper customer expectations and quarterbacking deal negotiations
- Leverage executives to remove roadblocks and get deals over the line
