Summary

Join a dynamic team at ezCater as a sales professional to acquire and launch new accounts in the Mid-Market segment. You will qualify outbound opportunities, lead with consultative selling, and ensure client success within their first 90 days.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an Account Executive with a demonstrated track record of achieving expected results
  • Experience with selling workplace technology solutions
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Experience in prospecting and winning multi-location accounts across multiple industries and verticals
  • Experience nurturing newly won accounts through their initial onboarding period
  • Experience partnering with Business Development Representatives teams (BDR) to target accounts and accelerate top of the funnel sales activities
  • Proactive and strategic outbound sales process to approach new target accounts and generate interest in ezCater’s offering with influencers and decision makers at the organization
  • Administrative agility: the ability to be highly organized and self-accountable in all areas of your work both internal facing with colleagues, as well as external facing with prospects and clients
  • Passion for sales: a natural curiosity and set of conversation skills that enable you to feel confident speaking with prospects and challenging the status quo
  • Demonstrated coachability: showcasing a desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Impactful communication: allowing you to move business forward with the use of stellar written and interpersonal skills
  • Goal oriented: highly motivated to make an impact for yourself, your team

Responsibilities

  • Earn the business of Mid-Market companies across the United States within key industries leading with curiosity, challenging the status quo, and positioning ezCater as the premier solution for Food for Work
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by uncovering the needs of not only the individual prospect, but their organization as a whole when working both outbound call lists as well as working inbound leads
  • Become a food for work visionary by showcasing how ezCater’s unique value proposition shines for companies and organizations in our key verticals
  • Quickly identify a prospects' buyer persona and tailor the conversation to what is most important for them when considering their food for work needs
  • Provide engaging demonstrations that show users how our Corporate Solutions offering solve for the prospects needs
  • Effectively win business by gaining commitment that the organization will adopt a Corporate Solutions offering and maintain account qualifications expectations
  • Own the accounts relationship with ezCater for their first 90 days in order to maintain consistency in the clients experience, ensure the account has successfully activated meets minimums, and quickly act on expansion opportunities early in their adoption
