Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry and with a focus on a professional service industry (Legal, Healthcare, Accounting, etc…)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and opportunities
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales prospecting tools, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Seamless AI
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Build, prioritize, and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Actively seek new opportunities and generate leads using a proven sales process
  • Handle sales opportunities and all customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and organized manner
  • Learn the Lawmatics platform and be able to answer all customer questions to an exceptional level
  • Conduct product demos to prospective customers, both individually and in groups
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to drive long-term business growth and customer referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to drive overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Act as a mentor and role model for emerging AEs and AAEs
