Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and other lead generation strategies
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand potential prospects' business challenges and position Radius's solutions accordingly
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each prospect’s unique needs
  • Manage follow-ups and communication throughout the sales process to ensure timely closure and maximize revenue potential
  • Regularly update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, providing updates on pipeline status
  • Stay current on industry trends and Radius's product suite to effectively articulate the value proposition
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to complete scheduled meetings, ensuring a seamless transition
  • Work with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies, share insights from the field, and optimize campaigns for higher-quality leads and better conversion rates
  • Partner with the launch team to ensure smooth client transitions and set clients up for long-term success
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to identify opportunities for expanding account relationships
