  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust
  • Ability to set ambitious goals and develop innovative strategies to achieve them within the Federal Civilian landscape
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external stakeholders, including Federal Civilian agencies and organizations
  • Experience and knowledge of the Federal Civilian market, its regulations, and procurement processes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the assigned Federal Civilian sales territory, leveraging domain expertise to drive growth and adoption
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Consistently exceed sales targets within the Federal Civilian market
  • Leverage domain expertise to identify and address unique challenges within the Federal Civilian landscape, tailoring solutions for maximum impact
