Requirements
- 3 or more years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a full-cycle sales or closing role as an Account Executive, selling SaaS or to e-commerce brands
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role, consistently meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience managing a book of business with about 30-40 deals/opportunities per month, focusing on renewals and cross-sell
- Exceptional skills in account planning and value-based selling, capable of engaging with C-suite executives
- Ability to understand complex ideas, automate processes, and actively manage your own pipeline
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Tech-savvy, acting as a solutions consultant to discuss how our products can enhance the customer experience and drive revenue
- Passionate about selling, eager to be coached, and looking to further develop your sales skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills, verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse book of approximately 100-120 accounts, being responsible for both renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Hold a quota and be responsible for optimizing your own sales process to achieve it
- Demo existing customers on our Automate product and own the closing process for renewals and expansions
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team to strategically book and close demos and engage existing customers both inbound and through proactive outreach
