Remote Accounting Manager

Summary

Join our global team of over 800 people as an Accounting Manager to oversee and manage our global Accounting teams, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other applicable standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting , or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years experience in accounting , with at least 3 years in a management role
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls is a must
• Chartered Accountant and/or Certified Public Accountant is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Navision, Oracle)

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other applicable standards
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to support the company’s growth
• Draft and review accounting memos to document complex transactions and address technical accounting matters
• Ensure compliance with all debt covenants, financial regulations and applicable standards
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity
• Lead and improve the month-end , quarter-end , and year-end close processes , ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Drive the implementation of new accounting systems and software to support the company’s growth
• Mentoring and developing a global accounting team , fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic decision-making
• Support of external audits and liaison with auditors and regulatory bodies
